Purpose: fast and smooth onboarding of different user profiles.
In order to achieve the maximum benefit from the project, it is necessary that the solution created is implemented among the various user groups as quickly and painlessly as possible. As a Web Expert customer, you don't have to worry about your team members not being able to use the new solution. We make sure that the whole team, with all the different user roles, can make the best use of the result.
Activities:
- Conducting user training for solution administrators
- Ongoing counselling, training of new employees, etc. if necessary
Result: The project is inspected, documented and ready for delivery. The users have been trained and all the prerequisites for the smooth operation of the solution have been created.
