Objective: An overview of technological solutions and daily use.
Correctly and professionally prepared documentation provides both the customer and, if necessary, the customer's third party with an accurate overview and understanding of the use, maintenance, management or further development of the created solution.
Activities:
- Documenting the solution
- Preparation of operating, administrative and installation instructions
The result: the customer has a thorough overview of all aspects of the solutions in a reproducible form, and the risks that may be associated with restrictions on the use or further development of the solution are mitigated.
