We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our rapidly growing and evolving team. The role includes managing various private and public sector projects, leading the development team, and promoting customer relationships.
Your future responsibilities:
- managing various software projects (budget, deadlines, scope, communication);
- coordinating the project team (sprints/meetings; task in Jira);
- maintaining and developing client relationships;
- creating and managing documentation;
- collaborating with different departments and specialists.
You are an excellent candidate, if you:
- have at least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects;
- possess technical knowledge of software solutions, workflow and processes;
- are experienced team lead;
- are familiar with agile development best practices;
- are an excellent communicator and negotiator;
- are characterized by proactivity and responsibility;
- are proficient in Estonian and English at an advanced level;
- have a relevant higher education and professional certifications.
