We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will be the main contact for our clients and will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in collaboration with the development team.
Your future responsibilities:
- managing various software development projects (planning, task preparation, testing, and documentation);
- delivering projects on time, within budget and client expectations;
- leading project teams throughout the entire project life cycle;
- managing and fostering client relationships;
- preparing project documentation and reporting;
- collaborating with different departments and specialists.
You are an excellent candidate, if you:
- have at least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects;
- have a relevant higher education and professional certifications.
- have a deep knowledge of information systems operations and processes;
- are experienced team lead;
- are familiar with agile development best practices;
- are an excellent communicator and negotiator;
- are proactive and have a results-oriented mindset;
- are fluent in Estonian and English.
