Your future responsibilities:
- managing recruitment from start to finish: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and test tasks;
- handling internal/external communications, event planning, and content creation for digital channels;
- ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new team members;
- managing HR documentation and preparing employment contracts;
- building and expanding network of partners;
- coordinating teamwork and providing daily support to management
You’ll be a true expert in the team if you:
- have previous work experience in HR, preferably in the IT sector;
- are familiar with different recruitment and marketing channels;
- are known for your strong decision-making abilities and independence;
- are highly skilled in planning and organizing tasks with efficiency;
- have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;
- are fluent in both Estonian and English.
